Building Division:

Kinsley is seeking an Assistant Division Controller for our Building Division. The positiion would be responsible for assisting the Building Division Controller with reviewing financial reports prepared by Project Accountants, confirming all established processes and procedures are being followed by the project management teams, and assisting in the development and implementation of continual growth and operational improvement strategies for the business. The Assistant Building Division Controller shall also assist the Building Division Controller and Corporate Controller in preparing and reporting financial statements conforming to generally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Applicable accounting and management experience
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office required, Vista/Viewpoint preferred
  • At least 5 years of hands-on accounting managerial experience required; prior experience in construction industry strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

Kinsley is seeking a motivated Estimator for our growing Building Division. Based in Kinsley’s Herndon, VA office, the Estimator prepares estimates for part or all of a project, and must work as part of a team. The Estimator will report directly to the Director of Preconstruction and the Project Executive.

Kinsley is seeking a motivated Building / Project Superintendent for our growing Building Division. Based in Kinsley’s Herndon, VA office, the Superintendent will primarily work on projects in the greater DC metro market. The Superintendent is responsible for directing and coordinating all activity associated with the construction of the project (and site if part of overall scope for the project) in accordance with established schedules, budgets, plans, specifications and procedures.

Kinsley is seeking a motivated Project Manager for our growing Building Division. Based in Kinsley’s Herndon, VA office, the PM will primarily work on projects in the greater DC metro market. The PM is responsible for all aspects of the project in the construction phase from pre-construction planning through completion of the project closeout under the direction and oversight of a Project Executive. Duties include technical documentation, jobsite communications with the Project Superintendent and subcontractors, scheduling and cost analysis.

Asphalt Paving Division:

Our Asphalt Paving Division is looking for Paving and Milling Forepersons, Asphalt Technicians, Shuttle Buggy Operators, Distributor Truck Operators, Milling Machine Operators, Paver Operators, Roller Operators, Screed Operators, and Skilled Laborers.

Requirements
  • Previous asphalt paving experience preferred

Steel Division:

Our Steel Division is hiring for Crawler and Hydraulic Crane Operators, Ironworkers, Connectors and Certified Welders.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 Years of Structural Steel Experience
  • Crane Operators Must Have CCO Certification

Utility Division:

Kinsley Construction is looking for multiple Utility Locators.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years experience locating various underground utilities such as gas, water, phone, cable TV, etc. to prevent damages and ensure safety during excavation.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and the ability to work overtime.

Site Division:

Our York Site Division has immediate openings for Dozer, Gradall, Trackhoe, Trackloader, Grader and Haul Truck Operators with 3+ years of experience in bulk excavation, grading and utility installation. Pipelayers with 2+ years of experience are needed for storm and sanitary sewer installation. Supervisors should have 5+ years of experience in Commercial Sitework. We are also looking for experienced Concrete Mixer Drivers with a valid CDL Class A or B driver’s license.

Kinsley’s Site Division is seeking self-motivated heavy/civil sitework Estimator to join our estimating team at our York, PA office. The Project Estimator would be responsible for the preparation and construction of bid proposals and cost estimates for private and public sitework projects. Associated trades of work that may be required to estimate include the following: erosion and sediment controls, demolition, bulk earthwork and grading, dry and wet utilities, concrete curb and flatwork, stone base and paving.

Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Knowledge of construction means and methods, within these disciplines is preferred
  • Engineering or Construction Management degree a plus
  • Strong computer skills along with proficient written/verbal communication skills a must
  • Experience working with HCSS Heavy Bid, Bluebeam, AGTEK and MS Office preferred
  • Must be organized, self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team environment

We are seeking a Project Manager to work out of our Hagerstown, MD Site Division Office.

Requirements
  • Good understanding of site excavation, utility installation, concrete curb placement, stone base and bituminous asphalt placement
  • Customer oriented, able to create and maintain CPM schedules, understand cost impacts and be able to evaluate changes
  • Good time management habits, strong computer skills and proficient written/verbal communications

Kinsley Construction’s Hagerstown Commercial Site Work and Building Divisions have immediate openings for experienced Utility Foremen with 5+ years of experience, Dozer Operators, Track Hoe Operators, Track Loader Operators, Scraper Operators, and Off Road Truck Operators with 3+ years of experience in bulk excavation, grading and utility installation. Pipelayers with 2+ years of experience are needed for storm and sanitary sewer installation and Commercial Carpenters for new Building projects. Projects are located in the Hagerstown area and surrounding areas of Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant who is responsible for all aspects of administrative support duties including organizing, documenting, distributing, and tracking all development-related forms, reports, and documents required for successful project management. The ability to effectively prioritize responsibilities while meeting critical deadlines is a must. The Project Administrative Assistant will work at our York, PA Water Street office. An ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  • Familiarity with construction or engineering industry preferred, though not required
  • Familiarity with construction accounting a plus
  • Experience in confidential filing and documentation of critical and sensitive information strongly preferred
  • Excellent computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office required

Engineered Solutions Group:

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Designer for our growing team. Based in ESG’s York, PA office, this individual will have an opportunity to work on projects throughout the mid-Atlantic region with various responsibilities including project estimating, design, CAD drafting, coordination, quality control, energy services, site inspections, and commissioning within a variety of project delivery methods.

  • Electrical Engineering degree and/or applicable field experience
