Delivering a Unique Retail Experience in Downtown Towson

Company News
Sep 27, 2017

Kinsley Construction, Timonium, Maryland, was selected by Retail Properties of America, Inc. (RPAI) to provide general contracting services for a unique, retail construction project. This project is part of the ongoing Circle East redevelopment  that will transform 240,000 square feet of downtown Towson, Maryland, into a mixed-use, shopping destination.

This phase of the Circle East project converts the former Hutzler Brothers department store and Towson Circle shopping center into an outward facing retail complex with below grade parking. Working with GreenBench Companies, the owner’s representative, and BCT Architects, the project architect, we will perform the interior renovations and extensive façade and hardscape improvements. The work is scheduled for completion in July 2018.
