York, PA – Kinsley Construction, Inc. is pleased to announce that Neil Hoffstot, Senior Project Manager, is transitioning to an operational leadership role at the company’s Herndon, Virginia office which serves the DC metropolitan area.  Neil, who joined Kinsley over 10 years ago, has a deep understanding of construction practices as well as corporate operations, which he will use to guide the growing Herndon team.  His depth of multifamily project experience will make him a key part of the company’s business development activities for that market.  In addition to completing numerous high-profile projects in Baltimore, Neil has also worked in the DC market on The Stories at Congressional Plaza in Rockville, and the luxury condominiums at 3303 Water Street in Georgetown.

Originally from Fairfax County and a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, Neil currently lives near the company’s headquarters in York, Pennsylvania and previously worked in their Baltimore, Maryland, office. “I’m excited about moving home,” said Hoffstot, “and I’m fortunate to be able to do that while supporting the growth of Kinsley and the Herndon office.”
