MGM National Harbor Recruitment & Training Center

Project Info

Kinsley renovated the former Thomas Addison Elementary School for use as a new recruitment and training center for the MGM National Harbor Casino.

Originally built in 1957, the adaptive reuse of the facility included 12 new training rooms, administration offices, a pantry, new MEP system, upgraded site utilities and 102 new parking spaces.

As part of the renovation, students from John Hanson French Immersion School and Fort Foote Elementary School created ceramic art tiles displayed on the walls of the renovated facility.
