Our Story

Our story began in 1963 when Bob and Anne Kinsley set out to establish their own contracting business. Primarily working in the York area, Robert A. Kinsley Contractor took on a diverse array of projects, from landscaping, excavation and site grading to home construction and remodeling.

Today, Kinsley Construction is a full-service construction management and general contracting firm with more than a dozen offices located throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. We provide Building, Civil and Industrial construction services and are a certified construction materials supplier. Over the years, our business and resources have grown substantially, but we remain rooted in the values of our founder and his vision for the family business.

Kinsley Construction’s Industrial Division serves a variety of clients across the heavy manufacturing sector. From construction and fabrication to renovations and maintenance, this team is a one-stop shop for industrial construction services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

We’re only as strong as our people. That’s why we’re committed to fostering professional growth and empowering our employees to continue their education and training. At Kinsley Construction’s Training and Development Center, we conduct in-house training tailored to our specific work needs. All classes are held in person, offering attendees the chance to express concerns and opinions drawn from their observations and experiences in the field.
