Our capabilities include the installation of all types of concrete structures including retaining walls, headwalls, concrete slabs, vaults, bridge decks, latex overlays, etc. We have experienced crews and equipment to undertake any size job from the small pipe headwall to the largest retaining walls or structures. We also have experienced concrete crews available for deck placements and latex overlays. Our crews bring with them many years of experience and the latest equipment to perform the jobs.

We build and install a variety of retaining walls, including MSE walls, precast walls, tie-back walls, and post-and-plank walls for both private sector and DOT projects. Kinsley Construction’s Highway & Bridge team brings the right expertise and equipment to efficiently complete your wall project.

Our expertise in beam erection includes the erection of all types of bridge beams and related tasks. This includes:
■ Pre-stressed girders
■ Post-tensioning of adjacent box beams
■ Grouting of shear keys
■ Steel beam erection with welding of bearings and sole plates.

The Highway & Bridge team has experience with beam erection over water, interstates, local roads and rail lines. We can provide PE-stamped erection drawings for your project’s approval. With some of the most experienced crews on the East Coast, we ensure a smooth and safe beam erection process for various agencies and contractors.

We offer the construction of cast-in-place culverts, erection of pre-cast box culverts and arches, and post-tensioning and grouting of these structures. We serve as a one-stop-shop, leveraging our erection expertise, certified technicians and specialized equipment to ensure a seamless and efficient culvert process.

We construct all types of sound walls and varying types of foundations. Our capabilities include the installation of spread footings and/or caisson foundations, steel and/or pre-cast posts, and associated panels. We've successfully completed numerous sound wall projects along interstates in Pennsylvania and Maryland, often under challenging conditions with limited access.

Our crews are equipped to handle steel pile installation projects of any size. We possess a comprehensive fleet of equipment and the expertise to efficiently drive steel bearing piles of all dimensions.

Kinsley Construction’s Highway & Bridge team offers expert temporary shoring solutions to address your specific job site needs. Our services encompass the design and implementation of temporary shoring systems and the installation of these systems using steel sheet piling or post and lagging techniques.

We provide bridge demolition services for structures that span water courses, roadways or rail lines. We offer complete or partial beam removal services, depending on the project. Our crews prioritize safety and have a proven track record of successful bridge demolition projects.

Our capabilities include all types of steel repair including bearing replacements and repair, miscellaneous steel upgrades and repair, steel truss rehabilitation, bolt and rivet replacement, and beam jacking. We can supply the needed expertise and certified personnel for your project. Our crews are versatile and can adapt to any situation they encounter to complete the job. We have two fabrication shops and produce DOT-approved steel members in-house.
