Project Scope
Kinsley Construction converted a former cold storage and logistics facility into a fully operational food processing plant for Holly Poultry, a Baltimore-based specialty poultry processor and wholesale distributor. Through a design-build approach, our team worked closely with the owner to identify and shape a space that supports their operational growth and long-term expansion goals.
Our scope of work included retrofitting the facility with:
Trench drains
New walls and partitions
Electrical systems upgrades
Plumbing systems
Rigging, relocating and installing packing and marination lines
Epoxy flooring in processing areas
