Project Scope
Kinsley Construction provided general contracting services to complete renovations at 111 N. Prince Street in Lancaster City. This project consisted of renovating existing office space, transforming it into a modern, 2,800-square-foot, multi-functional environment. The revitalized space will now serve as the new gallery and retail shop for Curio. Gallery & Creative Supply, along with dedicated space for the Prince Street Parking Garage maintenance staff.
Our scope of work included:
Pouring foundations for the building
Constructing new CMU walls
Erecting structural steel
Laying out and framing interior walls
Installing in-wall and overhead MEP systems
Drywall and insulation
Interior finishes including painting, wall and floor tiling, MEP trimout and millwork
