Project Scope
Kinsley Construction provided comprehensive site development and building services for the design-build Manchester Commerce Center, an industrial park designed to accommodate three speculative warehouses totaling 2.5 million square feet. Meeting the project’s aggressive schedule required innovation and coordination across multiple internal teams.
To keep construction progress on pace and to meet the significant concrete demand, Kinsley Materials mobilized a portable on-site concrete plant, streamlining production, improving efficiency and reducing overall costs.
