Project Scope
Kinsley Construction is completing a major expansion at Metals USA’s Langhorne, Pennsylvania facility, which includes a 101,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building featuring a 70,000-square-foot enclosed warehouse, a 30,850-square-foot covered outdoor storage area and upgraded employee amenities. Our scope includes:
Building a CMU addition featuring a new breakroom and locker room for employees
Installing water, sewer and storm utility systems
Excavating a stormwater retention pond
Performing site paving and curb installation
Installing bar joists, decking, roofing, framing, drywall, plumbing, HVAC systems and casework within the CMU addition
