Museum Artifact Relocation

Kinsley Construction relocated large historical artifacts including a piano player, a 200-year-old Conestoga Wagon, an automobile, an ammonia compressor, a steam engine, an animal treadmill, a thresher, a turbine, a tractor, a train and more from several locations in the city to the new history center building. The 120-year-old a-frame ammonia compressor was the largest and most challenging item to move. It took seven weeks to dismantle, move and reassemble the 72-ton artifact.
