Project Scope
Kinsley Construction performed clearing and stripping of topsoil from a 25-acre site. Additionally, we installed sediment traps, basins, and all necessary erosion and sediment controls for Sections 4 and 5 of an existing single-family home community. Our scope of work included:
Installing a 12’x50’ stone construction entrance
Installing a super silt fence barrier
Constructing an A1 earth dike
Dust control during the stripping and grading process
Installing a 24” CMP outlet pipe, 27” CMP riser and de-watering device
Installing a rip rap weir outlet
