Project Scope
Kinsley Construction is developing a 145-acre site for a new 380,000-square-foot vocational high school building and other campus improvements. The new facility will be the largest school construction project in Delaware history when completed in 2027. Our scope of work includes:
Earthwork including clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill for pipelines and structures, erosion & sediment control, termite control, and excavation
Constructing exterior improvements like asphalt and concrete paving, curbs and gutters, plantings, turf and grasses
Installing utilities for water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage and pond and reservoir liners
Site clearing and demolition and removal of old school buildings and sidewalks
Site development for a new football stadium including a turf track and field, and new baseball and softball fields
