Project Scope
Kinsley Construction’s Site team delivered a large site work package for the future home of a 775,000-square-foot trucking center. This project included:
Moving 800,000 cubic yards of dirt
Installing 12 miles of underground utilities including 275 concrete structures
Performing compaction grouting for the building
foundations
Excavating and installing two 695,000-cubic-foot
capacity underground storm water storage facilities
Building nine individual retaining walls
Constructing and paving 7,700 linear feet of new access
roadway
Constructing all sidewalks, curbs, parking lots, access roads, docks and aprons
Installing steel gas piping, roof drain connections and concrete trench basins at two fuel islands
