Project Scope
Kinsley Construction provided comprehensive construction services for a two-story, 146,000-square-foot surgery and rehabilitation hospital designed to support inpatient, outpatient and administrative services. Our scope of work included:
Coordinating site logistics, including material staging, temporary facilities and construction traffic management
Performing earthwork operations to prepare the building pad and support site improvements
Installing underground utilities and building infrastructure systems
Constructing structural and site retaining walls
Erecting structural steel and applying fireproofing systems
Placing slab-on-grade concrete
Utilizing BIM coordination to streamline mechanical, electrical, plumbing and interior framing systems
Project features include:
73 inpatient beds with specialized care accommodations
4 operating rooms and comprehensive outpatient therapy services
Residential apartment for patient life-skills training
Cafeteria and kitchen supporting nursing units
