Project Info

Kinsley delivered design-build additions and alterations to an existing winery that doubled their production capacity. The new building consists of an enclosed, conditioned wine storage area and a 30’ x 30’ overhang roof.

The project included:

• Constructing a new, pre-engineered Nucor metal building
• Performing site work that included demolition and clearing,  installing new greywater/irrigation systems, and pouring/finishing a concrete slab, columns and retaining walls.
• Installing new mechanical and electrical systems
• Storing, delivering and installing three wine storage tanks
