Kinsley delivered an addition to Ashley Furniture’s existing distribution center to accommodate e-commerce orders. The expansion increases the total facility area to 1.7 million square feet and creates 200 more jobs.

The project includes a mezzanine level, new break room, conference room and minor office and storage renovations. It also included:

• Precast wall panels.
• BIM coordination of racking.
• Transformer relocation.
• Extensive site work, including rock blasting, moving 160,000 yards of dirt, paving for new parking areas and a new access road with a new fire line and hydrants.
• Drainage pipes underneath the structure to replace the existing grass swale.
