Kinsley delivered its third building project with developer Federal Realty Investment Trust (FRIT). The 87-unit residential project was constructed in an existing parking lot of the Bala Cynwyd Shopping Center.

The six-story, 117,000-sq-ft building includes a one-story parking garage and five stories devoted to residential living, including 14 studio, 29 two-bedroom and 44 one-bedroom units.
