Kinsley delivered this adaptive reuse project that turned a historical, three-story school building into a new condominium complex.

The project included the renovation of two 100-year-old buildings, demolition of the existing link between them and construction of a new connector building with a lobby.

The scope of work included:

• Extensive structural modifications.
• New mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Modern finishes accented with historical elements.
• Slab-on-grade replacement.
• Hazardous materials abatement.
• Exterior restoration.
• Site work (landscaping and parking).
