Kinsley developed the first phase of Core5 at Codorus Creek. Located at the 378-acre Codorus Creek Quarry, phase 1 of the project included developing the 75-acre Lot 1 – a pad-ready site for a 484,000-sq-ft warehouse – and partial development of Lots 2, 4 and 5.

Our scope of work included:

• Demolition
• Blasting
• 283,000 cubic yards of earth moving
• 55,000 square yards of stone base
• Five retaining walls totaling 23,800 square feet
• 17,000 linear feet of underground utilities
• Four stormwater infiltration basins
• 50,000 square yards of site paving and 15,000 linear feet of curbing
• Producing 30 to 40 tons of crushed material
