Kinsley delivered this new apartment community located on a 7-acre parcel. The four-story residential building is a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment units ranging from 700 sf to over 1,000 sf. All units have direct access to a centrally-located four-level/460-stall precast concrete parking garage. Exterior amenities include a resort style swimming pool and an outdoor four-season fireplace.

As a member of the team from design through construction completion, Kinsley supported the project development through:

• Budgeting and value engineering
• Document review
• HUD application documentation

Our Site team prepared the site, with work that included:

• Installation of a 360,000-gallon underground storm water detention system
• Widening State Highway 103
• Extensive utility road work
