Project Info

Kinsley performed the site work to expand the Distribution Center Lot 3 parking lots. We constructed one new employee parking lot and two new tractor trailer parking lots. The project involved:

• Approximately 100,000 cubic yards of bulk earth work
• 12,000 tons of asphalt paving
• 4,000 feet of curbing
• 100,000 square feet of flat concrete for new dolly pads and entranceway
• New sanitary sewer and storm drains
• Relocating an existing waterline

We constructed one of the tractor trailer parking lots over an underground storm water infiltration basin that required the installation of 12,000 feet of nine-foot diameter perforated pipe and 80,000 tons of aggregate.
