Kinsley constructed the six-story, 850-bed Dixon Hall for Kutztown University. The facility is the largest single dorm structure in the PASHE system.

The building includes:

• one- and two-bedroom suites
• a study lounge
• common areas
• laundry facilities
• retail space offering “grab and go” dining options

A unique feature of this building’s construction is the use of a girder slab system – a composite floor system using a modified steel beam and precast concrete floor planks.
