Located on 175 acres, Kinsley transformed this centuries-old farmhouse into a modern, New York-style space. Every square inch of the existing 2,500-sq-ft home was renovated and 3,000 sf was added.
The farmhouse now features:
- Three fully renovated bedroom suites, each with a private bath
- A 1,100-sq-ft master bedroom suite with private bath and two walk-in closets
- A 1,000-sq-ft kitchen area with commercial-grade stainless steel appliances, glass-front wall cabinetry and hidden LED back lighting
- Bathrooms with custom-built floating vanities, vessel bowls, high-grade tile, and LED back lighting
- An exterior that reflects the farmhouse style and blends with the surrounding countryside
