Eland Point

Project Info

Kinsley performed the site work for Eland Point, a new development with four residential buildings, a clubhouse and surface parking with 196 spaces. Our scope of work included:

  • Clearing, demolishing existing building slabs and removing existing infrastructure
  • Moving almost 17,000 cubic yards of earth
  • Installing 3,300 linear feet of water main, including fire hydrants and precast meter pit
  • Installing 3,600 linear feet of storm sewer, including a new rain garden, and 1,100 linear feet of sanitary sewer
  • Placing site concrete, including 5,200 linear feet of curb and 17,000 square feet of sidewalk and pads
  • Installing new parking lots and roadway, including 9,400 square yards of asphalt
  • Constructing a 2,000-sq-ft segmental block retaining wall
