Kinsley provided tenant fit-out services to convert a shell building into office and warehouse space for Elite Productions, now known as Production Management One. The facility for this full-service event production management company includes:

• 1,000 sf of office and conference space
• 300 sf of assembly/team space
• 10,000 sf of warehouse space
• Additional dock leveler and overhead door
• New storefront

We also provided new warehouse lighting and MEP system, as well as reinforced the existing aluminum roof with structural steel for the rooftop units.
