Kinsley expanded The Hershey Company’s existing 1.25 million-square-foot distribution facility with an addition to provide more racked storage and contain 32 new dock doors. This design-build project included extensive site work, interior renovations and 14,500-square-foot clean room.

During construction, the existing water, gas and sewer mains remained operational beneath the proposed building pad until new lines could be installed. This required moving 202,000 cubic yards of dirt and installing 3,800 lineal feet of water main, 2,200 lineal feet of sewer line and 900 feet of temporary gas line prior to building the addition.
