Kinsley provided site work for a new residential development including 40 lots for townhomes and a parking lot.

Our scope of work for this project included:

• Site grading
• Extending the sanitary sewer
• Installing storm sewer conveyance
• Asphalt paving
• Concrete curbing
• Placing asphalt wearing on the existing streets
• Performing swale and basin conversions
