Kinsley constructed two, six-story apartment buildings to create the McHenry Row Apartment and Retail complex.

The apartment complex includes: a rooftop cooking and party space, theater-seating moving room, fitness center with childcare space, demonstration kitchen for visiting chefs, computer room and common space with working gas fireplace, and formal lobby with front desk.

Retail tenants on the first-floor range from banking space to full-service restaurants, including a Greene Turtle Sports Bar and Grille.
