Kinsley provided design-build services to construct this three-story, Class A Metso Minerals Industries office building.

In addition to office space, the building contains a commercial kitchen with serving and dining areas. Special features within the building include a main stairway with a wood and stainless steel railing system and the executive areas were trimmed out with a wood chair rail and base. The executive toilet and shower areas were fitted with ceramic and glass shower stalls to accommodate customers and associates that visit from various parts of the world.
