Kinsley provided adaptive reuse services to convert a Baltimore complex of canvas duck manufacturing buildings that were constructed over a span of 100 years into Mill No. 1 Apartments.

The complex includes three major buildings that are home to 85 apartments, interior parking for 140 cars, restaurants, health club, and community spaces.
