Kinsley delivered a 12-month construction project to build a new 12-bay, tilt-up warehouse and office facility for aftermarket parts and lab testing. The building will also serve as the U.S. operations headquarters for MCC, a manufacturer of commercial vehicle thermal solutions.

The facility includes a 20-foot by 70-foot test cell and lab area. Large enough for a bus to drive through, the cell has a six-inch insulated concrete slab that can be conditioned to produce temperatures ranging from -40 degrees to +140 degrees F for testing HVAC systems in conventional and electrical city, shuttle, school and tour buses.
