Kinsley provided design-build services to construct the distribution center for Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. We self-performed the manufacturing and installation of structural steel, bar joists and metal deck. The building shell included 193 precast concrete wall panels and a structural steel frame. The roof framing system included steel joists and girders with metal roof decking painted white on the interior surface.

In 2022, Kinsley provided design-build services to construct a 201,000-square-foot addition made of steel and precast wall panels. Our Site teams performed demolition, earthwork, utility work and paving. Other work self-performed include the concrete footers, foundations and dock pits, and interior wall demolition. In addition, Kinsley replaced an old aluminum guard shack with a 11 x14 feet, masonry CMU structure. This crew self-performed the roof framing and installed all soffit, fascia, gutter, doors, windows and counters.
