Kinsley delivered a large warehouse and distribution center in Lot II of the Orchard Business Park.

The building was designed as a shell only with a sprinkler and mechanical room, and multiple docks to accommodate more than 200 trucks. The project included:

• 111 nine-by-ten-foot dock doors
• 4 twelve-by-fourteen-foot drive-in doors
• 153 trailer parking spaces
• Cast-in-place concrete panels that were 9.25 inches thick
• Fire protection with ESFR with K-22.7 heads
• 45 mil TPO fully adhered membrane roof
• Rooftop HVAC Cambridge heaters
