The renovation of this private residence included:
- The removal and replacement of finishes throughout the house to convert the Asian-inspired decor to a contemporary style
- Reconfiguration of the master suite, which included in-filling the cathedral ceiling to create a second floor bedroom and bathroom
- Relocation of windows to accommodate the added bedroom
