Kinsley’s work at the Reserve Business Center included the construction of three shell buildings and associated on-site and off-site improvements.

Kinsley constructed two 80,000-sq-ft warehouses and one 40,000-sq-ft warehouse. All three buildings have a clear-height of 24 feet and were constructed utilizing tilt-up concrete wall panels.

The project also included nearly a half-mile of Maryland State Highway road widening and a signalized intersection, which Kinsley self-performed.
