Kinsley delivered design-build tenant improvements for a warehouse and distribution center that included 13,000 sf of office space with conference rooms and a viewing area.

This facility consolidates the repacking hub for the elevator manufacturer and includes:

• Multiple overhead cranes
• New drive-in ramps
• Dock pits and levelers
• A mock-up and testing area
