Kinsley renovated portions of a repeat client’s home. Although the square footage renovated was small, the work was complex and involved:

• Switching and reconfiguring the kitchen and dining room
• Electrical renovations
• Plumbing renovations and re-routing
• Renovating the HVAC systems
• Replacement of exterior windows and associated exterior siding
• Relocating a sliding glass door
• Installing new kitchen appliances
• Replacing the flooring in select rooms
• Resurfacing the fireplace and installing shelving and cabinets
• Drywall and painting
