This was our third site work project for Hill Crest Realty. This first section of three for the new, 285-acre South Brook residential development included 158 single-family homes and 91 town homes.

Our scope of work consisted of:

• Erosion and sediment control including protection for wetlands and streams
• Earthwork including grading and 223,475 cy of cut to fill
• Installing 12,535 lf of sanitary sewer line, 3,255 lf of storm drain and 12,680 lf of water pipe
• Installing a storm water management system
• Road construction including paving curbs and gutters
• Pouring concrete sidewalks
