Kinsley completed all levels of design, engineering and construction for this design-build project for Starbucks. The facility is one of the largest coffee roasting plants in the world and is Starbucks’ largest distribution center.

The roasting plant features three coffee roasters, packaging for ground, whole bean and coffee extract, and shipping and receiving. The green coffee warehouse offers receiving and storage for beans, consumer product goods, and store supplies. Notably, the warehouse is perfectly aligned along the interior columns and floor elevation for future connection to the roasting plant. The two buildings have independent utilities to allow future leasing or sale of the buildings.
