Kinsley constructed a new warehouse on a 44-acre site near I-81. The Stonewall Industrial Park Phase 1 project originally included only the core and shell of the building. Our scope of work was later increased to also include a tenant fitout for Home Depot, who leased 200,000 sf for a distribution facility.
The distribution facility included 2,500 sf of office space, a scrubber dump, battery charging area with ducted exhaust for their lifts, a 440-amp increase for electrical service in the building, 18 dock levelers, dock equipment and site security fencing with two gates.
