Kinsley provided design-build services for Equus Development, L.P. and their client, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA). Constructed with insulated precast concrete panels and a steel core, the Stonewall Industrial Park Phase 2 building is a general warehouse that serves as a parts depot for FCA Mopar.

The warehouse featured:

• 10,000 sf of mixed office space
• Two VESDA pre-action sprinkler systems, designed for unrestricted and expanded plastic storage
• A racking system with two mezzanine structures, including integrated elevators/lifts
• A battery charging station.

The project was fast tracked, with ground breaking in March 2016 and occupancy in December 2016.
