Kinsley delivered an adaptive reuse of the first and second floors of a former press building into a modern commercial office. The first floor renovations to 5,400 sf included:

• Six offices
• Two conference rooms
• A coffee bar

The second floor renovations to 11,400 sf included:

• Nine offices
• Two large conference rooms
• A kitchenette
• A printer area
• Four large open office areas
