Kinsley delivered comprehensive renovations to an occupied university science building. The project included major mechanical system upgrades and new administrative and state-of-the-art laboratory spaces.
The work was broken out into three concurrent projects:
Project 1: Wings 2 and 5 renovation and fit-out designed by Hord Coplan Macht including a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) lab, an atomic force microscopy (AFM) lab, a surface analysis lab, an x-ray diffusion suite, and the student collaboration and administration suites
Project 2: Wing 2 AHU replacement including select demolition and installation of new MEP systems and ductwork
Project 3: Wing 3 shell space fit-out including two general chemistry teaching labs
