Kinsley provided preconstruction and construction management services for this two-story medical office building. It was constructed over a four-level precast 175,000-square-foot parking garage with 450 parking spaces. The building is unique due to the 64-foot, clear-span floor system that eliminates the intermediate columns in the parking structure below.
The building contains medical office suites for hospital and private physicians, a covered patient drop-off canopy, two passenger elevators and a service elevator. A connector bridge corridor runs from the medical office building to the existing hospital for the convenience of doctors and patients.
