Comprehensive site development for the Virginia Inland Port Logistics Center, a new 340,000-sq-ft speculative warehouse in Warren County. Our scope of work included:
- Clearing and grubbing
- Demolition of existing paving, concrete outbuildings and an abandoned gas line
- Excavation, rock removal and grading, including 233,000 square feet of blasting and 135,000 cubic yards of earth moving
- New storm water management infrastructure, including 5,000 linear feet of HDPE piping
- Underground utilities, including 1,700 linear feet of sanitary sewer and 2,800 linear feet of water
- Asphalt paving and walks, including 11,200 tons of stone base, 20,000 square yards of asphalt and 6,600 linear feet of curb and gutter
