Kinsley delivered design-build services for a new fulfillment center for a food services and distribution company. We constructed the warehouse shell and performed the tenant fit-out.

The building features:

• A 11,400-sq-ft mezzanine with elevator, offices, conference rooms, storage space and a breakroom
• A packing room
• Conditioned storage space
• 51 loading docks
• A reception area with waiting room
• A fire pump house
