Kinsley performed the West Chapel Road bridge replacement, with work that included:

• Demolition of the existing bridge superstructure
• Diversion of Swan Creek from the work area
• Repair of the abutments and wingwall down to the water line
• Resurfacing the abutments
• Installation of a new steel beam bridge superstructure
• Placement of a new 34-foot-long, 18-foot-wide concrete bridge deck
• Reconstruction of 50 feet of new approach roadway with guardrails
• Transition of the new bridge surface to the roadway approach
• Erosion and sediment control
