After demolishing an existing structure and removing asphalt paving, Kinsley constructed Wheelhouse Apartments, a new five-story, mixed-use building.

Located in downtown Baltimore, this is the first co-living apartment building in Maryland. The complex includes:

Four studio apartments
25 additional residential units that include two to four dorm-like bedrooms with a shared living room and kitchen space
An outdoor courtyard with grill
A bicycle storage area
5,600 sf of ground-level retail space
Amenity space with:
- An industrial-grade kitchen with beer tap and dining area
- A TV lounge
- Shared work space
- A game room
