After demolishing an existing structure and removing asphalt paving, Kinsley constructed Wheelhouse Apartments, a new five-story, mixed-use building.

Located in downtown Baltimore, this is the first co-living apartment building in Maryland. The complex includes:

  • Four studio apartments
  • 25 additional residential units that include two to four dorm-like bedrooms with a shared living room and kitchen space
  • An outdoor courtyard with grill
  • A bicycle storage area
  • 5,600 sf of ground-level retail space
  • Amenity space with:
    • An industrial-grade kitchen with beer tap and dining area
    • A TV lounge
    • Shared work space
    • A game room
