Kinsley delivered a new warehouse to serve as the latest storage facility for Mercury Paper. Construction of the new precast concrete panel building includes:

• Two 60-ft staging bays
• Seventy-six 50-ft loading docks
• 4,100 sf of general office space
• A 1,500-sq-ft shipping/receiving office
• Clear height of 32 feet

Our virtual design and construction team utilized BIM for the MEP design-build portion of the work. This assisted in the coordination and clash avoidance of:

• Mercury Paper’s stacking plan with warehouse lighting
• Sprinkler laterals and risers with surrounding dock doors, dock equipment, lights and electrical equipment
